The Refugee Centre acknowledges that the territory on which it was established is located on unceded Indigenous lands. The Kanien'kehá:ka Nation is recognized as the custodians of the lands and waters on which our centre was founded. We understand that we are guests in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal, the land of many and diverse First Nations, and the Refugee Centre is grateful for the opportunity to work on this territory.
