Learn new skills, expand on existing knowledge & increase your opportunities!

At our Learning Centre, individuals can improve their language skills, learn valuable knowledge such as web development and coding as well as important lifestyle skills like financial literacy. All of our courses are free and open to all newcomers.

Language Classes

Language Classes

All of our classes are free of charge.
We only require a deposit which will be refunded as long as you do not miss more than two classes (without a valid reason).
Registration will CLOSE AUTOMATICALLY when places allowed in the class fill up.

English Classes

We offer Beginner & Intermediate English classes for individuals of different levels. Many students go on to take the IELTS class afterwards.

French is one of the most important skills that newcomers must learn when they arrive to Quebec and we offer our French classes and conversation circles in order to help them do so.

IELTS & Duolingo Prep Class - ONLINE

Our IELTS (English Proficiency test) preparation classes help students prepare for the tests they need to take in order to attend university or get employed.

English & French Conversation Circles

Are you a refugee or a newly arrived immigrant? Do you want to learn English and/or French by conversing with people like you? Conversation Circles are meant to practice English/French in a small group, in a informal setting.

Career Programs: Python & Web Development

Introduction to JavaScript, HTML and CSS (using a problem-based approach).

  • Design and create increasing levels of sophistication.
  • Create documentation to document work.
  • Create a publicly accessible website.
  • Submit a portfolio that maps work to learning outcomes.

You will also learn fundamental Python programming techniques such as: Functions, Control flow, using libraries, exception handling, and classes.
